Both. Well-scoped projects are billed at a fixed price; when the work is continuous or exploratory, we allocate a dedicated team at a predictable monthly cost.

We run short two to three week diagnostics and audits, which are often the best way to start. Full build projects typically begin at two months.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is quoted at a fixed price before the work starts, so the number on the proposal is the number on the invoice. A diagnostic is the cheapest way in and the quickest to scope. The budget field on the contact form shows the ranges we usually work in.

How soon can you start?

Tell us the date you need. A diagnostic takes the least setup on your side and starts soonest; a full project depends on the capacity reserved for that month. We say no when we cannot staff it properly.

Can you embed in our in-house team?

Yes. A good part of our work is as an extension of an existing team, in your tools, your ceremonies and your release cadence.

Do you work with clients outside Portugal?

Yes. We work with clients across Europe, in Portuguese and English. On site in Lisbon, hybrid, or entirely at a distance, whichever the project calls for.

Who owns the intellectual property?

The client. All code, design and documentation produced under the contract is transferred on delivery.
